Hi All, I have 9 years experience from SAP Labs I have 3 offers from 1. TCS 21LPA( 20fixed + 1lakh variable) , 2. Accenture- 24LPA(18fixed + 5Lakh variable + 3 lakh joining bonus) and 3. Black box - 24 LPA ( 22.8lalkh fixed + 1.2lakh variable).
Could you please help me to choose the best offer…

Morning all. I am looking for a favour/solid advice. I've been in the interview process for a dream role over the past month or so and just found out I didn't get the job after final round 🙃.

Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened during the past year searching. Looking for a SC level role within healthcare/public sector consulting firm. I know the job scene is a bit miserable currently but if anyone in the bowl is aware of a role I would love to have a chat.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The acquisition was public so they can see Im no longer employed with the most recent work history on my resume

I am a bit biased towards joining CGI but on the other side, Virtusa is offering more.
