Yeah managers tried to make changes over the past three years but they left cause gaslighting is real. In order to be CEO and his wife’s favs, the managers have to know how to gaslight their team members. Gaslighting is real

You made the right choice! It’s a really bad company to work for
The CEO who once offered a GTFO bonus and the CPO that spent the post layoff meeting applying makeup on camera have changed? I highly doubt it. Good call turning this role down. There’s a reason that leadership has tried to put 6 month guarantees on recruiting fees, no one wants to stay.
It has gotten worse. The last round of layoffs, it was mostly women who were let go. The COO was forced out cause she was not doing enough according to the CPO
I work there, and it is toxic and the leaderships favs will harass you until you do what they say. Even if it is the wrong thing todo. Trash people at the top

This is a horrific place to work, trust the reviews and avoid it at all costs, you'll save yourself so much trouble!
