I've been at my current job for about 6 years now, working in content operations & campaign management. Recently, I’ve become interested in joining Netflix and feel ready to take the next step. A few questions I have are, what type of resume format was used to get hired? What was the interview process like?

I applied to an experienced consultant position at Bain and just heard back. Yesterday, I received an invite to a HireVue one-way interview to complete. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?
