Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??

How do you manage competing interests during a singing or closing? I’m working on a closing scheduled for this week (obviously everything needs to be done asap) and while I’ve told folks on my other deals that this closing is very busy, I’ve gotten really snarky responses and have been told that I’m taking too long to respond to stuff that (in my opinion) is not urgent on these other deals. A campaign my partner and I thought of went into testing, but died in the process. Same idea, concept, name and execution used on another client/ campaign just a month after, that we weren’t on. Few people from the old team were on this new campaign. We’re disappointed about it and wondering if this is a common thing that happens?
