I am currently working at KPMG as an Analyst. I want to do my MBA in HR and Operations. The feedback that I received from people is that growth in HR is slightly restricted and that HRs don't get hikes (while switching) similar to that of Consulting or Finance or Marketing?

I am not solely interested in HR and am open to other domains as well.

I have done AWS solutions architect Associate certification and AZ-900 certification. I have good knowledge on linux Administration, shell Scripting and java programming language. Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?
