Any PMs at Capital One have info on what the best LOB to join is? I have my meet and greet interviews coming up and would love some more details before choosing a team. Also, what are some good questions to ask the hiring manager during these interviews? I heard the matching process can take a while but don’t want to join a toxic team with a bad manager.

They will do a light interview with you as well (self intro, why Capital One, resume bullet point / past experience, your expectations of the role, etc.)
In return you should ask them these questions (non-exhaustive):
The work:
Most pressing priorities / high priority projects in the team right now
What technical toolkit or skill set the team is expecting someone new to bring along
Ask more questions about the specific products or department or division that the recruiter sent in your Meet & Greet email
Expected days in office per week
The team:
1. Team structure, how many people, report to how many
The hiring manager:
1. Working style / leadership style
Try to solve for a good manager (use your sense, for e.g., if they behave dominant and don'tlet you have enough time to talk or ask questions - that can be a red flag), followed by the product/feature/department
It's totally normal to speak to 4-6 teams before you can finally decide on a good one to join. I have 2 friends who joined Cap 1 as PM and each of them had 4-7 matching calls before they finally matched with a team they liked.
However, if you feel you're ready to join a team because the hiring manager is awesome and the work is interesting, iust match right away.

Hi

Does anyone when a person can re join HCL?

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

UK market is open only for niche skillsets ( Data engineer + analytics). Firms aren't interested in sponsoring rest all skill sets, as they can be filled internally. They have limited quota every year, and are very choosy when it comes to allocation. Preference is first given to EU nationals and then Asians during shortlist stage.

Referral works, but the person who is referring you should have enough clout in the organization to present your profile!
