I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

I’ve been applying to Associate Product Management roles for 2 years(over 400 applications), and only got 3 interviews .

I’ve worked as an Operations M, Sn Sales representative and recently a Project M.

I’ve done side projects , tailored my resume, connected with recruiters , for all that time I’ve been expanding my knowledge, getting Google UX design certification and Product Management specialization courses .

2 years later, I’m still looking.

Hello! I was reached out to by a recruiter from a multinational tech corp for a similar position as the one that I work multinational fintech company (technical support engineer) . The position details mentions a salary range between $89,000 - $95,000. I'm in Chicago and have 2 years experience I'm fintech and close to 9 years in customer service which they seem interested in. My 3rd interview is coming up so, if all goes well, wondering what would be a good salary range to consider?

I was interviewing for a Product Manager role. Went through 3 rounds of interviews, positive feedback throughout. Before the UK long weekend, I was told a 4th and final round will be scheduled soon. Yesterday I was informed that they are proceeding with another candidate. I asked HR what were the weaknesses in my profile and she said "None, really". I made it to a third round interview for an operations manager position at JP Morgan Chase. I’m meeting with the director and a couple other members of the team. I was told the third interview is the last and final interview before an offer is extended. Has anyone ever made it to the their final interview and not been offered the job? I know anything is possible but I’m pretty anxious.

I’ve been interviewing at 2 companies & I got an offer today from 1 & I have an interview with the other on Friday. I think the 2nd company will have higher pay & it’s a better role. I want to keep both options open but I know that the 1st company is trying to get someone started quickly & I don’t want to lose the offer just in case the other falls through. Would it be ok to ask the 2nd company to move my interview up or should I just leave it & hold on accepting the 1st offer?

Got feedback after 6+ rounds of interviews that i didnt receive an offer for the job I was interviewing for, main reason being i seemed "low energy" which impacted my conversations/communication at times. I am not sure why if they picked this up after 2-3 rounds why they would have me continue on, but I am not sure how to take this. I asked a ton of questions and did a ton of research so I dont think I came off as unenthusiastic about the role/company, but any ideas on what else this means?
