Baby Monitor. That way I can walk away for a moment. And hear when someone pings me on Teams. Amazon has an inexpensive VTech baby Monitor.

Mmm.... I have adjustable dumbbells in my office, and a yoga mat. Bad back, need to stretch out. Lift some weights during my boring calls. Recently picked up a cheap laptop tray for the treadmill. Will be trying walking and working next lol. Anything to feel like I didn’t just spend hours sitting and eating.

The Jabra speak suggestion is a good one. Speakerphone would be convenient. I also use a Bose NC 700. Mic cancellation is legit and helps when talking in loud environments. People can’t even tell when I’m somewhere noisy.
Headset (Jabra Evolve 75) and Speakerphone (Jabra Speak 710)
I use 510 and never had any complaints. Husband has the 710 and no complaints there either.
Headsets are great for calls, but they really fall off for listening to music. And i may be the minority here but I lose my mind without music. My equipment is out of your budget but a good high quality set of over / on ear headphones will make your ears hurt less and your music sound better for long days. Typically their inline mics are trash so a good desktop mic will serve you well. I strongly recommend audio-technica for the mic and headphone. Ofc, your own research beats mine on the right items for you.
I also have 6 google homes so i can get notification alerts when i step away from my laptop and keeping the music going.

Oh yeah! A google nest hub is next to me too. @ OP you might consider that. Works with my next doorbell. When peeps ring the doorbell it shows on my display. Not gonna lie I get kinda bored and have it read me the news too lol
I got one of those articulated arm monitor stands from Amazon, was about 80$ and is awesome. It also holds my laptop on a second articulated arm, clears up the desk and better for my posture.

Dude, i got one of those too. Really helps with the desk space. Allows me to have the laptop closer because my mouse hand can move around under the laptop. When I feel like standing, can also raise it and work off the laptop.
Bought an external webcam for important meetings. Much better quality.
Jabra speakerphone for sure. With as much time as we spend on calls I couldn't do any more headsets. USB to the laptop for Google Meet and Bluetooth to the phone for standard calls.
Forgot to mention it's worth spending on an ergonomic keyboard and mouse. I think I spent $50 but it has made things quite a bit more comfortable.
Logitech MK570, it ranges from 40-60 but can consistently get it for 50 at Walmart and a variety of online shops. Just checked it's 44.99 today. Very happy with it and have had it since we started WFH

Oh yeah, I a keyboard! (PwC 1 just reminded me) I use the Logitech Craft keyboard. It’s hella expensive but I love it. Favorite is the nob and 3 options for Bluetooth. i have it paired with a laptop, desktop and my phone. I hit #3 and I have full keyboard on my phone and it switches really fast. The nob works better if you’re a graphics artist i think. photoshop features and such. for me it’s mainly a fancy volume control lol. I also really just like how it types and the way it feels.
I think I’ve seen a similar keyboard without the nob that’s half the price ($100).
Battery does suck though. i have to charge it multiple times during the week, but i don’t really care. i keep a USB C at my desk anyway.
EY1, only had it for a week and haven't had to charge it yet. It was out of stock for over a month where I am. Love the look and feel of the keys. I had an old logitech keyboard that made so much noise when i typed that i couldn't speak and type at the same time when on calls without being annoying. Also finally got a height adjustable desk with a keyboard tray. The keyboard tray is so helpful with proper ergonomic posture.
Happy hacking keyboard. 60% size don’t move hands to type
You could probably spend upwards of $5000 on the chair, desk, and monitor combo while getting incremental value all the way up to that point.
Other than those items, a good keyboard (mechanical is ideal) and mouse will do wonders.
Buy massage chair top...it cost around 100$ but very relaxing while working from.
