I have been using California Organic extra virgin Olive oil from Costco (the one you get in glass bottle). It’s cold extracted and so far has been working best. May be a little expensive but works pretty good

There really is no science backing refined oils being bad for you. At all. And lots of papers citing benefits of oils that just happen to have been refined (Canola for example with low sat fat and omega 3s). So keep that in mind as you make a call here.
But if you insist on spending more money (which in general they are), there are lots of options. Avocado could be your standard neutral oil that you use in place of canola, etc. Great for baking and such. High smoke point so good for searing too. Grapeseed is another good option. Tons of olive oil options too. Pick a neutral option. Get some olive oil and call it a day.
