Any suggestions for courses that qualify for ethics CLE credit on PLI that are even semi-interesting or just won’t make me want to shoot myself?

This is funny but none of us actually care for the ethics CLE

Just pick a random one and put it on mute in the background (checking in periodically to“verify attendance”).

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

You called me a Bhakt, thereby initiating your ritual of name calling. I never started politicization of this bowl, it existed much before me, dominated by the left-leaning so-called liberals and communists. So don't blame me for that. Our very own bowl leader is politically biased. Now hear my answers:

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours. That said getting to know people only remote has been kind of awkward at times (email only can be tough to decipher) although as a working mom the pros vastly outweigh the cons. Yesterday my main partner asked me to come in Thursday bc he will be there and set a time to meet. Is this good/bad?? kind of nervous!
