Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

Might be a hot take, but it all depends on the work you're doing and want to do in the future. If you have an MBA sort of background and are interested in the MBB type of exits, then its a no brainer.
If you're trying to grow in a niche you might find more established groups within Big 4 or a boutique that specializes in said niche. Have also heard that at the higher levels (sr partner, etc.), comp can potentially be higher in Big 4 due to scale - not 100% sure about this though.
9 times out of 10, probably MBB though given the two options
Yes. I’m at EY-P, which is a great brand but it’s still EY attached (for the moment) and I still have to deal with all of the audit-connected independence mess. The brand, also, just isn’t the same, even if in my corner we generally play opposite MBB on deals.
depends on the group. There are some niche groups in B4 start arms that have better brands than MBB like SSG in EYP

The play is to do MBB as staff and move to Big 4 as partner.
Source: I did, it’s awesome
The compensation is similar between MBB and B4 partners? Really??
It’s talent, MBB pays more and attracts higher levels of talent than does the Big4
Outside of some specifics or technology focused areas, out of undergrad and mba/grad school, MBB as a general rule will pay more

Is that a statement or a trajectory?
A statement that I am questioning.
In terms of what? Revenue? No of employees? Quality of projects? Or what? You got to keep your KPIs straight before asking.
Just asking in general terms.
Literally no one would question that statement
