Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Our Talent Team gives us canned questions to ask - typical behavioral:based questions. Make sure you have good examples in queue for all the "tell me about a time that you..." led a team, realized you were not going to be able to meet a deadline, collaborated to solve a tough problem, etc. Some interviewers ask them, others don't.
When I interview, I typically ask a few of the behavioral questions but then move on to role-specific stuff. A few technical questions about the domain to make sure you know your stuff. Nothing too crazy - but stuff someone should know to be qualified. Then I try to make the rest if the interview more of a dialogue to see what kind of questions the candidate has and to tell them more about the role and expectations. I try to be as transparent as possible, because I don't want to mislead them - want them to come in knowing what they signed up for.
Campus interviews are usually more scripted, because the Talent Team wants candidates to feel they had consistent and fair experiences. Experienced hire interviews are a little less scripted, and will 100% depend on the interviewer. What I described though is a reasonable expectation.
What you said is spot on. I made it through the partner interview and now I’m doing some LTP assessment. If I pass that, I will interview with the hiring partner!
Congratulations - hope it works out for you!
