Any tips how to lead workshops? I find it much easier in person as I’m quite personable (despite awkward in social scenarios!). For virtual workshops, I feel like I just present a load of information in a bad way and don’t know how to make it more interactive. I spent more time worrying about what people are thinking of me than actually how to lead the workshop properly.

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.
