So I’m currently interviewing for another position, to be a business development specialist at a relatively large tech company in PA. I have about a years worth of experience. Indeed estimates the salary to be between 60k-80k, I was wondering what I should expect?

I have a final round at another firm on Monday (fastest they can do) that I would prefer, both because of the work and the pay. Is it really bad to accept one offer and then potentially cancel it if I get a better offer a day or two later?

When calculating YOE, if you are working 2 jobs, can you double count those years? For reference, I’ve been an Army Reserves officer for the last 5 years since coming off active duty, and spend about 30-40 hours per month (outside of 2-4 week annual training) on that job.
