OP, there won't be any case studies for experienced hires. The questions will be mostly behavioral based. Some of them might get into your subject matter.
i think we hire everyone. youre safe.
Boy, you are just getting started. I went through the Super Day at EY, 3 years ago, as an experienced hire. I had 5 rounds of interviews (4 SM and 1 Partner). It was a half day process. Usually, the interviewers meet right after at a round table and make a hiring decision, which will be conveyed to the HR.
Good luck!
It means they have a spot for you so if they like you you'll get it. It is the final round.
Good chance, as long as you come off as competent and likable by all of your interviewees. EY2 is right - round tables usually follow immediately and they determine if you're a yes, no, or maybe later if another role opens up
Any case studies? I'm not expecting more than 3 interviews since I'm interviewing for a rather small national practice (I think only about 120 in the group). I doubt they'd fly 5 people out just to interview me.
I'm interviewing for an SA position
