First couple times drafting ancillary docs—is it normal to not get everything/feel like I have no idea if I got stuff right. Or is the expectation that the docs be drafted 100% in executable form.

Hey friends. My wife and I are looking to start investing in the market outside of our 401ks, hsa etc. We opened a Charles Schwab brokerage account and planning to transfer 2-3k/mo. We’re in our late 20s/early 30 and likely won’t need to touch the money for 10+ years. What should be our investment strategy? How should we allocate to what funds? Hows the work and work/life balance at full-service agencies vs a media agency. I'm a media planner coming from a full-service agency and I'm wondering if it will be a step backward going to a media focused agency.

Trying to get into a t25 program, studying currently for the GMAT. I see a ton of people posting how they started off in the 600s and got into 700s. Are there others who started in high 400s or low 500s that got into the high 600s or 700s? Trying to encourage a friend of mine and looking for positive feedback if possible lol.
