Anyone at Highwire or Bliss Group? What are your thoughts on acquisition?

I am thinking of buying a used Maserati (3-4 years old, low mileage and if possible as good deal) and use it for 3 years, put 15 k miles on it and sell it off. The cars available are for $35-40k (Ghibli). Questions for the group
1- will I be able to sell it for 20-25k in 3 years?
2- how much should I budget for repair and maintenance and
3- is it worth it? If not, what car do you recommend?

I have a 2017 Hyundai SantaFe XL SE, 32K miles. End of lease is coming up buyout price is $19.5K. Should i buy the car and sell it myself OR the hassle doesn’t worth it, just return it? The car is in great shape though.

15 YOE, recently started my first tech PR job at a large, stable company & have been asked to get ~20 SMEs in front of media. Subject matter is not sexy. I lead PR for all of U.S. & have no other PR colleagues. My agency’s budget is 100k/year & they’re spread too thin to hit their KPIs. Anyone have advice for advancing in your current role? My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year. I also went above and beyond my job as well (covering for him for a month while he was away on paternity leave) while taking on other projects outside of my job title and got zip—no raise or recognition.
