Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. I'm actively interviewing with 5 companies right now, but the one that seems most likely to give me an offer is also the only one where I've so far only been interviewed by 3 white men Is there a delicate way to ask why there aren't women and BIPOC involved in the hiring decision process / whether leadership at the company is more inclusive?

Are people with criminal records allowed at any corporations? I don't have one, I'm just wondering what level of misconduct is allowed on a background check for a large company to still consider them?
