Anyone at Pfizer got any new info (other than what CEO has communicated) on the expected layoffs ?

Assuming this causes a recession like in 2008, and many people get laid off, how long to take to find another similar paying job? I’m currently a strat manager in FS. Scared for job.

How does one most effectively make the transition into management from an Individual Contributor?

I've been an individual contributor for 4 years in Tech, have 8 years of experience total. I'm finding it difficult to make the management transition despite having management experience, performing beyond expectations, and having a genuine passion for enablement and development.

I have 3.9 years of experience in tcs. Last year i was selected in DCA exam and started receiving elevated incentives. This year i was wrongly given C band and because of that my incentives are now paused. But the thing is my compensation letter still says my ctc is 8lpa. But in my salary slips I'm not receiving according to ctc. Currently I'm serving notice period and told the other company that my ctc is 8lpa.
