1. What type of case is given? Should I keep preparing for the “standard” 30/40 Min candidate/interviewer led case studies or switch focus?

2. What type of excel exercise is given and is it linked to the case?

3. Can I expect technical questions related to accounting/PE/valuation?

A recruiter keeps discussing my salary level before sharing my resume with the client. I gave given my level and said I’m willing to discuss based on other benefits etc but feels a bit odd to keep discussing it before even sharing with the company... Is this normal?

I don’t know what’s going so wrong.

I have applied to 42 jobs and received 20 rejections, with 0 opportunities to even interview.

My resume is from WSO template, and I used suggested wording from various popular resume websites.

I don’t understand why I’ve gotten such a large amount of rejections. Am I applying to position in under or over qualified for? Does my resume suck? Is it just a bad time to apply? How do I improve from here?

I got invited to a second round interview to meet the team to ensure that it’s a good culture fit. I would love to know any thoughts on what I should ask or do to ensure that I am great fit. I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter.
