Hi all, I’m in the north east metro area and due to the current RE market we decided to look into PA specifically Lancaster. Anyone in this market and have any thoughts on where it’s headed? Just got an accept!! (GPS S&A) congratulations to those who have accepts, fingers crossed for those still waiting (it’ll be over soon!), and thinking of those who’ve just been denied.

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration?
