Anyone else deal with choosing between a state job and a private accounting job with a law firm? I turned down the state accounting job once when I thought my temp job would turn into a permanent job, but now I just got a job as an accounts payable specialist paying only slightly more than the state accountant 1 position I'm about to get. What should I do?

I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

Thoughts on moving from med tech to manufacturing? I moved from in-house tech to in-house med tech a couple years ago. Now, given the poor WLB, I am considering making the move out of tech, despite it being an exponentially growing industry. With all the changes in privacy laws re: marketing/advertising, I believe manufacturing would still offer good privacy experience. Thoughts?
