Anyone else deal with choosing between a state job and a private accounting job with a law firm? I turned down the state accounting job once when I thought my temp job would turn into a permanent job, but now I just got a job as an accounts payable specialist paying only slightly more than the state accountant 1 position I'm about to get. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I am not ready for team leader's role now . So my question is about HR area, where could I find a job with my only Russian experience? HR generalist, C&B analyst, HR BP, recruiter?

I’m literally so miserable in industry. I have been at it a few years and it’s boring. My boss likes to act like every minor issue is a 10 when it’s a 3 and creates emergencies where there aren’t any.
