Your colleagues are about to be laid off. Come back to this in 2 months after 3 ppl’s work is dumped on you
Have you considered that this is your body showing fatigue or burnout after busy season? Entirely normal when you’ve been overworking for months. Our industry just normalizes always being “on” but it’s not exactly healthy.
I honestly take that as a sign of burnout. You have this big Adrenaline dump from busy season being over and can’t pick it up.
I would suggest a vacation, go for a run mid day, or meditate
This is burnout. Try doing hobbies if you can with a 3-4 day weekend.
When I get back from that I set timers to do a pomodoro method work an hour and break for 5 minutes.
We’re just like the rest of you.
I feel the same way every year. Takes a little bit to adjust. Also helps to take a vacation.

For me is this weird feeling of not using my time to the fullest. Like I am wasting time not being busy. I am still adjusting from the spring busy season.
I thought feedback was to improve 😆
Where do you work? lots to do to earn more skills/money/clients/margin during down times.
