Worked 4.5 years. Consistently worked 12–15 hrs on legacy tech, which led to skill stagnation. No salary hike in 4+ years despite appraisal ratings of 4/5 (one year 5/5). Zero HR interaction, everything manager-driven. Heavy politics, favoritism, micromanagement, poor communication. Recent layoffs increased workload; more layoffs rumored. How do people handle this long-term?

Curious to know, if a person with 18 years experience in the lighting industry and they wanted to convert over to a lighting specification sales role. What is an acceptable salary?

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed). I am 25 F. Working in Aerospace & Military Defence Co as a Technical Buyer. I have 2 years expierence within administrative roles, 1 year in procurement. I got this role after interviewing for one below (purchasing assistant) the salary for that role was 21-24K. I was already on 24K so they offered me the same salary - however, the buyer role came up and they offered me this instead but same salary -24K. I have a pay review in April, I want to ask for 28K, is this too much?
