OP, if you've ever audited a benefit plan you might know that the 3% contribution is necessary in order for the plan to be in compliance with the top-heavy requirement. As such, the profit sharing is still in place, which is nice because that ups the actual ER contribution is 6%.
Is anyone ever overwhelmed by PA bonuses? Even my best years the bonus has always been "ya that was nice" and never "holy shit that's a lot of cash".
Maybe something is wrong with Moss Adams. Did the firm not meet revenue target? It only took them 103 years to start 401(k) match and they brag about it as if they invented it.
Moss Adams health benefit sucks too. They never bother to ask us how we feel about our benefits plan in their employee satisfaction survey.
Area?
how much is it? they haven't told me yet
Absolutely ... they're always the same ... hours, hard work, technical expertise ... never matters
Jesus 1.5% only? PwC starts off at 5%. Senior Managers are in the 7% range.
^ that's a good point MA3
^true, it's just the most common, simplest and usually the least expensive for the employer.
SF office best office
I'm guessing it varies based on LOS, region, and level. But mine was 1,500.
Anyone know when LA is finding out? They tell the offices at different times?
We haven't heard about bonuses in San Francisco yet. At least I haven't yet.
I don't think 1,500 is good for anyone. Even at a salary of $60K, that's only 2.5% bonus = shitty.
We use to get 1500 twice a year if we were high on the matrix.
OP is currently a senior, prefer not to state office. @MA 6 when you find out let us know, please
The 401k match is also extremely pathetic. 25% up to 6%=1.5% of salary. I ran the numbers twice. I have been here long enough to get the full 3%. Sweeeeet deal guys. Does anyone know if we are really not getting the other contribution anymore?
Haven't heard anything in terms of bonus. I was beginning to worry it wouldn't happen
@OP, what office you in?
1,500? Are you staff? Isn't that good for staff ?
