Anyone else get burnt out really easily? Feels like every month or so I have a couple of days where I almost totally shut down. Now sure how to - or even whether to - share this with my employer. Just feel useless!

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Any WFM nurses out there? Better work-life balance??

I’ve been at a job for a few months and hate it - partners set unrealistic deadlines, micromanage, and create work that truly is not necessary/push urgency when there is no real urgency. I had other offers prior to accepting this job that may still be options, and going back to my old job (for a pay cut) might also be an option. I can’t tell if this is just burnout, growing pains, or just an untenable work environment. Would you ride it out for a year at new job or pursue other options? HELP!

Tax question: my SM changed my hours with a location I never worked at, from 2020. When I asked for a change, he is hesitant since it’s a long process. Would it cause any issue on visa if I filed a tax to a state I never worked in?

Aware of all the national organizations but figuring out how to find people who really specialize in ASD (rather than just also happen to treat it) and professionals to help develop the skill deficits is difficult. So many resources for children or adults who were diagnosed as children, but not newly diagnosed adults.
