I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.

i am incredibly livid at the way my firm laid me off, claiming it was performance based when i know it was bc of some unrelated conversation about wanting to broaden my professional bandwidth. I had great reviews.. and those whose performances were below mine, have been promoted. I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. If I can't successfully transfer I may have to look for work outside of my current employer.

I’m currently a business manager in banking and thinking to move to the program manager role as a step towards more broader opportunities in the future (COO, consulting type of roles).
