same here… except when I actually can focus after 6pm, I feel it’s too late and just stop at 7:30pm😂
I know I’m more productive in the evening after I’ve had a break sometimes, so if I need to sign off at 4 I don’t worry about it. I’d rather log off and take the time I need than double the time I spend working on something bc I’m not focused.
Humans have always operated in shifts, so it’s not you that’s unusual, it’s modern society.

I'm the exact same way. Can't focus during the day once my meetings are over. I can get so much done after like 11pm when there are no interruptions. Can't explain it.

To be fair the interruptions are self-made.. listening to music, walking around the apartment, going to cook, etc. I can focus much easier at night
I am 100% this way and I wish I could change it.
I was that way 4:00-6:00am today. Its normal.

Yup. Having same problems for the last year.
Also have been a lot like this, and it has resulted in a decline in overall wellness (working till like 2 am) so trying to change it.
What helps sometimes is to have a post it with 3-5 things to get done 1st in the day. Most days I get at least 1-2 done before noon, but yeah, interruptions like "urgent" pings, etc. get in the way.
Other thing is to try to be intentional about actually taking a break when I do and not mindlessly scrolling feeds. Ex) a 15-20 nap is more productive for me.
Any other ideas/tips?
