The reason Flo (and her cohorts) work is larger than just being mascots. They set expectations that shopping for insurance is easy, like going to a retail store. They have riffed way beyond that, but the strategy behind was much more nuanced than "mascot" - it was also "let's make shopping for insurance more approachable and use a context most consumers understand, going to a retail store like Target and getting/shopping for what you need". I think that's the part they want to preserve the most. And it isn't like they haven't run alternative campaigns, such as the "don't turn into your parents" commercials. But if something is working - and Flo/the strategy really, really worked for them - I don't think they would just try something new for the sake of newness.
I dunno. Not sure if the use of her is as surprising as it once was, but it’s at least an identity.

They should do a campaign where flo trains up her replacement, but her replacement never really gets it… or something like that
I think they’re pretty good overall. Especially since they’ve been going on so long.
I would take one Flo over a thousand Jake from State Farms. Especially when paired with that piece of human cardboard Patrick Mahomes. And they can keep throwing Flo at us as long as they keep making Dr.Rick spots
