For those of you that recently promoted within the company what was the salary negotiation like? Are we still tied to the no more than 9% increase prior to the job families and bands being redefined? What is the average and highest percentage increase you’ve heard of or seen?

Just saw the bonus of this year would be paid on 11/13.
Im new to the company, if I haven't been notified that I'll get a bonus, does that mean I get nothing this year?

I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

Had an offer for 30% more , a promotion to manager, extra week of vacation to switch firms. I love where I am at with my clients and there is a lot of potential there. Should I stay the course?
