Looking at $30+ per month savings on 2 lines vs T-Mobile. Everywhere has wifi these days anyway. Is it worth it? I’m in a very large metro
I’ve been on Visible for a while and have no complaints.
Mint is good
I use Verizon prepaid family plan pay $25 month per line with 5gb data per phone. I'm in suburbia and get great coverage.
Good to know. Luckily if I travel internationally I can use my work phone for that
Had Google Fi for a bit. Absolutely sucked. Many people wouldn't be able to get my texts or calls despite being in a major city.
I have Ting now and have had no problems whatsoever.
I switched from Ting to Google Fi. Ting didn't have good service anywhere. Google Fi falls back to Wifi with bad cellular.
I pay like $15 more for Google Fi. No complaints.
I use visible and have for the past 2 years or so and have no issues and tough to beat the price. I got tired of spending the money for Verizon.
Visible is $25 with unlimited data. I used it
I’ve been using US Mobile and it’s been pretty good, uses the same network as Verizon
I've had Cricket before, and saw absolutely no difference between that service vs. Verizon or AT&T
Verizon or AT&T prepaid will save you a lot of money but are much more reliable
Using Ting Mobile. $25 per month for 5GB and unlimited text and talk
I use visible.. pretty good overall, only the internet is a bit slow to load sometimes.. but like you mentioned I’m using wifi 80% of the time so it’s not a big inconvenience to me
I use tello just to keep my personal number alive and forward my calls and text messages to work cell. Both personal and work phones are iPhone. If you need a referral code P32PNDSF
T-Mobile Prepaid plan and then I stock up on the T-Mobile Prepaid refill cards when they go on sale for 10% or 20% off
T-Mobile Prepaid is a separate thing from MetroPC.
Pro
My SO has Google and he loves it. He even gets calls in places I can’t with AT&T
Using Mint Mobile! Join me on Mint where I am saving a fox ton on wireless. Plans start at just $15 bucks, and include high speed data, plus unlimited talk and text. Use my unique link and you'll get $15 added to your Mint account, and I'll get free Mint too. Win-win http://fbuy.me/tL9oF
