Need your suggestion, I recently cleared all round of interview for PwC and in Director round discussion come to know it's emerging technology team, I am in cloud technology .. he told me Hr will discuss for slary as I asked them for Gurgaon location I got an email from hr to fill all details usually we do after joining company like pf nominee bank account etc....
Do I expect offer after how many days it's already 5 days, no hr discussion for salary just they asked to share documents.

Hi i lost majority of my money in the stock market. I married and promised my family that I will not make the mistake I made 7 years ago. Gambling. Is this an addiction I have. I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.

Got an assignment to be completed as initial screening step. Spent a weekend and provided the best possible solution. Recruiter and hiring manager did not even respond back with any feedback. Height of arrogance.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match?
