Hi fishies! Are there any recruiters from Facebook (Meta) who would be kind enough to review my resume and give me some feedback? From my perspective I’m a candidate for some of the roles I’ve recently applied for and also have experience as a contingent worker there and would like some honest feedback so I can reassess and reapply. Thanks so much in advance!
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Any thoughts on Doner in LA?
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Mentor
I wish I had something to say here.. 🥲
Mine was the same
Mine was very casual - felt more like a chat with a mentor than an interview. But at the same time I think I therefore felt chill and didn’t actually present myself as very impressive in my stories
For me there was a bit of small talk before we proceeded to the behavioral questions. It was a bit stressful but also a pleasant experience overall. In the end we talked about the GSB experience.
Well at least you had a GSB interview - it’s 50/50 from there
I was just messing around - but yeah what you described runs contrary to what I’ve generally heard about GSB. I’m guessing it just depends on the alum’s personality
Mine was also like that - I was flustered throughout.
Mentor
Extremely casual, chatted about life in general, goals, asked if GSB was my top choice. Loved the interview!
Last year I felt the same, so this year I made sure to introduce myself. Interviewer went over the interviewer instructions and then said “ ok anything else before we start?l And I was like yep I’ll just introduce myself super quick for some background. And honestly, it totally changed the vibe. The questions then came from my intro and it made it feel much more conversational / human through out. Not everyone interviewer is the same but I felt that was a good move for mine at least
When you say probing behavioral questions, what do you mean? Have mine on Wednesday
Good luck!
It’s hard to say. For context, we only talked about two stories, 20 min each. And 10 min of questions at the end. My interviewer wanted to go extremely deep to understand not only all my thoughts and decisions but my teams’ too.
My head was spinning. But it sounds like thats just the style of my interviewer
