I’m doing 1) Kayla Instine’s Sweat program for 12 weeks - really like it as it’s only 30 mins + can do in hotel gyms (vs. what I’d ideally do - and go to Barry’s each morning but just not feasible with the job...), 2) Noom - for eating and keeping that side accountable. Would love to hear what anyone else is doing?

I’m a Barry’s girl myself! But they’re not currently at my client’s site so I go to Orangetheory during the week and Barry’s in the weekend. I try to go 4x per week, and I use MyFitnessPal for tracking my calories and nutrition.
Really into the peloton app. I can always squeeze in a 5 min arms and 5 min abs if the day gets away from me
