What’s the offer? Role? Comp?

If the dollar figure makes you content, ask for consultant leveling. As an SA it was probably the top of the band. I'm not sure on C, but still a good salary and room to grow without needing a quick promo. The 4% bonus (I think?) and extra 1500 in extended benefits due to C will probably be more than you can get at SA asking for more base. As an SA you'd probably have underwhelming COLI cycles while your peers catch up.

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

I started working in a agency two months ago, and I have two very big projects running simultaneously. My Creative Director left for paternity leave, and left me with all the work, facing the client, going to shootings, editing. I've been working 15 days straight, no weekends. The agency hasn't given me any back up/someone I can team up with to do the job. Is this normal? I'm used to have a partner, a copywriter or another creative working alongside. Keep in mind that I'm mid-level.

Deciding that next year (ideally before) is my cut off for leaving this job; whether it’s through a new career path, manual labor or just quitting without a backup plan. My mental health deserves better, sticking it out for one more year as I aim to to be vested in my 401K and save up for 6-9month emergencies. I feel insane for leaving consulting especially with only 1-2 YOE but it’s just not worth it anymore.

I switched jobs and I’m stuck doing boring, tactical briefs that don’t require real strategic thinking. I love qual research and connecting the dots with things happening in culture. Anyone have any leads on strategist/senior strategist jobs in NY that I can escape to before I become a hack?

Asking this question here for a reason. In our culture and set up, a majority of the time is spent in cooking. We usually don’t eat microwave meals. I am finding it tricky because I don't know anyone apart from my team & I can't view Talent Marketplace because I am on a billable project, not sure how long it will go.
