Did PwC increase their payscale in UAE?
Hi fish what your thoughts on ascend program which is happening in globallogic for 2.9 year experience, for me they are offering package of 7.3 lpa this is going to be the my first switch as per my current package they have given almost 70% hike also I also asked for same. When I see people of my experience getting 12-15 LPA It seems I have to consider other options also I am serving notice period. Please suggest. GlobalLogic

I did something similar
Started at KPMG until I hit SA where I went to Deloitte as a SC, came back earlier this year for manager after 2 years at Deloitte
Left KPMG at 87
Joined Deloitte at 120
Left Deloitte at 135
Came back to KPMG at 160
I'm still at Accenture, just wondering how you like Deloitte?
AC1 - It was a tough transition for sure but I really ended up liking it. I’m a better consultant because of Deloitte just honestly putting that out there. The caliber of people in my offering (or what was pre-pandemic) was well above my level coming in (and I was leveled down - expected to come in as M and glad I didn’t) to match ACN at the time C - SC). There are way more expectations of you at Deloitte outside of your client work than there is at ACN. I guess I’m pretty seasoned now which is why I asked this question because I do find there is a difference in work quality.
I’ll also say I liked my time at ACN. Possibly less stressful but bonuses sucked and trajectory was not always clear because it’s so large.

This can help you with salary in short term just watch slowing down promotions. Are you an M at D yet? Could you come back to ACN as an M?
M at D (promotion year, 99% likely to get it just don’t know if I want to wait an entire cycle) - would come back to ACN as an SM. From my understanding experience and pay of an M at D is equivalent of SM at ACN so confident this would be a level up and 30% likely.
