Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I have recruiters from the same company reach out for positions at different locations. My current recruiter said once I accept this I can't interview for other positions at the same company. Their process is so slow that I don't really want to miss out on any chance.What would be a great time to follow up?

For in-house counsel roles, does firm prestige matter? For example, would the fact that an applicant is from Sullivan & Cromwell vs, say, White & Case matter at all, or is it much more about experience/interview?
