I’m currently signed on a contract for my first house for new construction that has gas heating. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?

Does the wealthy partner have rights to reimbursement? They never married.
