Senior tech consultants in Toronto or Canada in general - how much of your paycheck goes to tax, pension, etc.? Do you mind also sharing your income or range?

For those of you in healthcare related account management, what is your healthcare background? I am clinical and getting ready to hire a higher level account manager. I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!

I had a baby almost a year ago. I should start a 529 account for my child but I am originally from France which also makes her a French citizen and she could easily go to college in France for not much money. It’s pretty much free there, I have 0 Student loan debt. With that in mind, a 529 would not be super helpful if we go that route. Should I consider other options? Do you have suggestions? My team has started ignoring my messages. I’m not sure what I did; I’ve been getting good feedback on my performance, I don’t message excessively often, and I don’t think I’ve done anything to cause social discomfort.
