Anyone have advice for me... First time ever working at an internal creative agency for a big company. I've been doing a lot of layout projects, making flyers, etc. Originally coming from a production/brand design BG with 3yrs exp with very small teams. Now, I'm working with almost exclusively art directors (A lot). Sometimes I just feel so dumb when I get edits back from marketing partners/editorial. I really try and take my time designing. I can't read minds but I'm trying my best.

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.

Does this look good? Am I missing something? With discipline 2 people can save 1 million in 15 years?

13 yr outside Sales Experience in the B2B space, multiple roles/companies. Current quota is $15MCAD, I usually do not bad in quota but lately has shifted to rewarding medicorciy and "pooling" some numbers countrywide which i really dont like.
Current comp is $85k Base and $115 OTE with a ceiling of $150k CAD/$120k US. Feel it's too little for my experience and they are taking perks away by the day.

Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
