Anyone have any idea about Associate consultant pay at Bain in Riyadh?
In the last reound and I have an offer from OW. (apart from money, which one is better? in terms of culture, WLB, and less public segtor work)

Assuming you’d come in as a Consultant level, you’d probably make around $100-125k depending on the city and how much they value your experience.

Depending on what level you come in at, it can be tough building that network. ACN has had a tough time integrating and retaining its experienced hires for this reason.

Pay can be good if you negotiate well coming in, culture is pretty good compared to other places I’ve worked as long as you are a self starter and know how to network. As for incentives, those don’t really kick in until you hit manager and above. I’ll let someone who knows more about incentives weigh in on that aspect.
