Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks
Deloitte USI Hi All,
How does the 2nd round of interview goes in PwC? Is it very technical ? What are the chances of getting rejected in the 2nd stage? HR told me that would be the final round. Need your help asap.

I was a CM and applied to upwards of 20 jobs internally and interviewed for 3 before being offered a position in UM. My annual review was exceeds expectations and I had a internal mentor I met with virtually to work on “goals” to help stand out. I’d encourage you to apply for any and everything you might be interested in, get those interview skills down and create a key accomplishments page of anything you’ve done above and beyond. Any projects, mentoring, volunteer work, anytime you’ve been recognized, worked as a team lead on something, trained staff, presented during a meeting, held or planned team meetings in person, anything you can think of. Add those things to a key achievements page and submit that along with your resume. Persistence is key.
It may help to have a personal referral from another Meridian employee. What types of positions are you interested in?
