Hi, Anyone got update on renegotiation with IBM?
After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.
Hope I can win without playing

Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! What location? NY generally pays around $150k total comp at the associate level. Possibly slightly more if you have more than 6 years’ experience. Atlanta probably pays closer to $120k total comp, though I’m not 100% confident in that number. Could be slightly lower.

VP comp typically maxes out before $300k. Bonuses aren’t calculated as a strict percentage of base salary. It’s all negotiated based on how much base you make. Generally VPs don’t make higher base salaries than $195k, so if you make that much, your bonus could be as high as $100k or as low as $30k. If you make $150k base, your bonus could be close to your entire base salary.
From what I understand, the Aladdin Product Group is like it's own unique firm. Not bad, just...separate, and different from the rest of the firm.
Outside of NYC associates earn in the $100-$115k range for the most part. That's what I've seen anyway. Not sure about APG specifically.
