Company has gone through a lot of change post-Covid and ownership transition. Growth =
doubled in size last year with an employee empowerment focus. Highly recommend reaching out to leadership to learn more.
Believe Glassdoor. All of it. Normally, I’d say take it with a grain of salt but every part of those reviews are true. If you’re not in with leadership, you’re out, you won’t receive support, you won’t be out on “good” accounts, you wont be considered for promotion (regardless of your tenure/the strength of your work/willingness to be a team player). I saw multiple BIPOC SMART employees leave after working above their pay grade without promotion. You will be underpaid and overworked. But the work will be cool and the swag is cool and your coworkers will be fun.
Did you end up working for them and then come back to write this? Just curious since your original post is many weeks old/seems like you didn’t work there and your response here is relatively new.
