For those of us who don’t think we’ll be shooting for PPMD, what level SM do you think is the ideal jumping off point into a different job? What types of jobs and salary increase would you expect? I’ve never really looked for jobs so not sure what the market looks like for us but don’t think I’ll be here for the long haul
