Anyone here have family that you work with? Do you feel that you can keep your professional relationship separate when working with them? I remember my old boss hired his wife to work with us and we had literally no clue what she did..

I don’t currently work with any of my family members but I have had jobs in the past where I did, actually my first job I worked with my brother and a few cousins, but that was because my uncle was the gm and he hired all of us. .,, we did not do a great job of keeping things professional

I don't and would never want to. I love my family, but I'd have a really hard time staying impartial and professional with them. How in the world did your boss get away with that? Did he own the company? Or have dirt on whoever did?

Makes me wonder if companies are really enjoying so called great resignation period. What's the thought ?
