2. KPMG Global : Assistant Manager, 21.5 LPA
3. Hashout Technologies : SDE-2, 22 LPA
4. TruKKer: Tech Lead , 19 LPA + 5 ESOP
YOE : 6.9 Years.
Which one should i be joining considering my priority is Tech & Onsite opportunity.
What will be in hand?

Exercise caution if you are a woman of color. There have been some concerns raised over how they treat marginalized groups.
Sounds about white - none of these are ever built with us in mind
Looked into it and have a few colleagues there and sentiment there isn’t much value. Also they have been in hot water for their lack of inclusion specially toward women of color. Hard pass.
Should we just start our own fish bowl group?! Just sayin’

I had looked into it, but couldn't find any/enough value in it for me at the time.
I considered joining, but found the price cost prohibitive, and I didn’t think I would get $7600 in value. I also did not like the pressure to make a decision and the way they made me feel when I said no.
Same here…there was a lot of pressure to say yes and quickly
They seem to only care about titles as gate keepers. You could be a director at a 3 person company and you’re in- but a solid corporate/large company title that doesn’t say “boss” to them is dismissed. Along with all the non-white bias, I would pass.
Spoke with members directly - they wouldn't spend the money again after the first time. Not getting enough out of it. As mentioned in one of the comments - we have our own bowl.. I will stick with this. Thanks for taking the time to respond to this.

I’ve heard mixed things. I’d try to talk to some members in your city to get their perspective. It may or may not be worth it depending on your profile and goals. Either way I’d get your job to pay for it because it absolutely isn’t worth paying out of pocket.
