I tryed my best in an interview for a lateral move position at American Airlines . I passed the first round and the second round was a panel who do not even belong to this team. I thought I gave my best and answered according to American Airlines work culture and it has been a week and haven't heard from them yet. I tried following up with the hiring manager and got no response. What more can I do? OR should i think this is gone and try for another one?

Hi, I got offer from TCS. In my previous company I worked on .NET and SQL and TCS is hiring me for the same. But in my current company I have been working in different technology. In the offer letter it is mentioned that the previous employer's experience letter should contain the technologies worked. As I have worked in different technology in between, does it create any issue after joining??

I am in a difficult situation got an offer from one company with 40% hike i told them i will avail buyout option and join there in 2 weeks as i am currently not serving notice period. now i am not getting interest to join there due to work timings but not getting calls to try for other opportunities. I don't know what to do.. In my current company work env is very toxic that is the reason for switching
Now i am not sure is it worth to join there paying own money for buyout.
