Hi fishes,
can anyone from Impetus tell me how much yearly hike is given by the company. I have offer from another company which is paying 3 lakhs more plus 1 lakh joining bonus. But their yearly hikes are almost negligible (3-5%). I plan to stay long with my next company (min 3 years). So if impetus can offset the ctc after couple of year I will go there. Please help!

Spring boot is so powerful it does most of the work for you. And it is fun to learn. Better try to implement a small functionality from your existing application using spring boot so that you will face real time issues and try to fix it. Tutorial solutions are readily available and we may not learn much from them
