Anyone interviewed with Salesforce recently and interviewed with a recruiter and “talent advisor”? Is that normal or a mistake? Had interview with both and the ask much of the same question, TA talked more about the role in particular/my experience and comp vs. recruiter talk more about why Salesforce, Salesforce core values, timing of wanting to leave current job and comp.

I started QA at the company I am currently at 3 years ago. Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into a PM position. Without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 years in QA experience. When I started I made $65k and have jumped to $78k. I have seen other companies post $100k+. Annual review is tomorrow. Should I fight for more or look for more somewhere else if I lose that fight?
