Anyone just started studying or about to start? What's your aim/plan?

Core for Q3?
Or are you studying for Q4? (Core or disciple)

I'm trying to decide if 2ish months is enough for core and which of the three to pick.

2ish months is enough at the rate of 15-20 study hours per week. FAR is usually meatier and requires more time.
But it’s a whole next exam so thinks may be shifting.

Enrolled in Stern for a few weeks.
The number of the alumni and current students that go to top consulting firms FT& summer intern are countless even for a small class size.
Stern is way more than a finance school. Given its location, do you want to spend your 2 years in a rural area or heart of Manhattan? Location is almost everything for business school. (I have a friend in Cornell that frequently travels about 5 hours to NYC for events.)

First house is currently valued at 900k (bought at 500k 7 years ago). We are considering a move to a LCOL city to try it out.

Should we rent it out for $3800/month to make money while keeping it as rental properties or sell it so we can buy a new home property and then invest the rest? Looks like getting financing for second home is pretty tough.

House is in Arlington VA if it matters.
